I've got a curb damaged 20" wheel off my wife's Altima that I need to get fixed. Can anybody recommend a shop or mobile wheel repair guy?

The wheel style and color I've got is being discontinued and I've already ordered a brand new wheel and want to fix the spare wheel as a backup in-case this happens again, which it probably will. I'm hoping to keep a full-size wheel/tire combo ready to go in case she ever forgets about potholes or how to park again.

you didnt say what exactly is wrong with the wheel. is it cracked and leaking air....is the damage on the out side or inside lip. is it just curb damage like you said with just deep scrathed and gouges in the outer lip. if its on the out side your gonna have to get the wheel re chromed, or painted after they do the metal work. if its on the inside and just need welding id take to my frined garron weaver at ko kos welding/automive on 4 street in beaumont.

sorry, it's got some curb rash and the outer lip is bent in 2 places. It holds air just fine, just doesn't look right.

I'll look up Jerry's. Are they a body shop or a wheel shop? Does the wheel need to be brought in off of the tire?

They do a little of everything there. It won't matter if its on or off the rim, I would prolly take it off but, I'm sure they can do it there.

Ask for Jed. He looks like a young hippie, that dude can play a squeeze box :rotfl:
