well this was my first time i ever went to the ggp drift event in houston and i have to say it was a blast, and i also want to say that this was Jamies first time to drift and he did badass and was improving throughout the day....all he needs now is to get some coilovers and more seat time and he will be set....good job man :D

yea so i had a blast!! i think we all did. franklin i really didnt tell anyone i was going, im sorry for not inviting u. :(

it was an awesome day and it was good to get away and cut loose from all the working and matters with what some of you know about. ggp was a great way to get rid of some stress and mind sitting stuff. anyhow, i am proud of myself for how well i drove, for a first timer, and how well the car ran. i was actually accused that this wasnt my first time, well busted bubble bc it was lol. i just know how to control a car, its common sense and they teach it in a drivers ed course when ur like 15 or something haha. but yea the car ran top notch with no major problems. the only problem i had was i started to loose power in the straight on a run, i was low on fuel but didnt have a detonation issue...yet. next run still loss of power decided to run get fuel, well on the way there i punched it and it wouldnt boost past 8psi and had a rapid backfire (lack of adequate fuel and pressure) i already knew what the problem was from experience with it before. got back to the pits and pulled the pump and cleaned the sock put her back together and hit the track again with no problems. like i said the car ran great and never got hotter than 210, thanks to flex a lite 410 :). i went through 3 sets of tires bc for some reason these shitty tires kept delaminating. even after lowering pressures down to 30psi. the continentals lasted the longest till one decided to delaminate after about 8 runs and wanted give the 240 some battle wounds lol.

its the beginning of summer and we are in setx tony! i highly doubt the heat will go away lol. next one will be in july.
