Cheap 5x100 Wheels 16" or 17"

Im looking to pick up some cheap cheap rims 5x100 bolt pattern for my car to get rid of these damn steelies. Id like to have 16" or 17".... Stock scion tc rims & stock wrx rims (early 2000 models non STI) i do know fit my car. I have no problem with something thats like those. I need new tires anyhow so i figured id rather buy some tires for something other than my steel rims. Im thinkin bout about a couple that i found on craigslist but didnt know if anyone had some sittin around.. just as long as they arent bent. Ill repaint them if neccessary.

Id rather just drop the money into some stock TC rims. I mean i guess im looking for some cheap factory wheels cuz ill never pick up any aftermarkets for less than $80 a wheel
