soo i am not to happy bout this top speed i got goin

way to much power for 157 ?? im thinkin gettin rid of some rear teeth will help out and knock off a bit of torque?

any ideas on how many to +/- in the front and rear

Not sure your bike or your goals but increasing the countershaft by one is similat ro decreasing. The rear sprocket between two and three. If you drop more than three n the rear ull have to shorten ur chain

well i can afford to lose alot of torque i only weigh 150 pounds so +1/-3 and see how it acts??

+1/-3 will be a pretty dramatic change. Most gearing is around 17/42 stock which 18/39 (not knowing your bike) will give you a around a 14% increase in top speed (which would be 178-ish)
