Donation Meet for the BBQ Apr. 13 @ Fudruckers!

What's not better than to go meet up at good ol' Fudruckers in Beaumont?

To those who are donating, we can meet up at Fudruckers and eat, get to know everyone a little, and give ME (Phu) the money for donations so I can go and get the stuff within the 3 days I have until the BBQ.

Why the 13th you ask? First, I don't feel like carrying a lot of money around with me and possibly losing it and by that time, I will know what people want me to get.

What time? 8:30 p.m.
Location? Fudruckers on Dowlen across the street, right of Best Buy.

Nah. If you already know what to get, you don't have to show up. This is for people who usually are donating money or have questions in regards about what to bring. (Or any questions about it)

Btw, people who just want to eat and hang out can tag along too haha. But main goal of this meet is to collect donations and get things settled for the BBQ. Just letting people know if they're kinda confused.

No BWW doesn't do reservations and they also do not know how to manage a restaraunt well enough to be able to seat large groups :D

You should call jojo's cause they have to rearrange a lot of tables to get it to work, they don't have too much room to play with. You'd have better Luck with fudruckers or heck even a bigger place like chilis or cheddars or something. I'm not attending but just my .02 cents to help out
