i remember i spent a while polishing my b16 case when i had it apart. it wasn't that kaleen but when i went to put it back together the reverse gear shaft didnt line up in the hole and it went to tight up a bolt and it cracked so i said fuck it put another half case on it so i had half shiny half dirty lol.

Wire wheel + Die grinder makes aluminum happy. I did a few throttle bodies, MAF ends, and some valve covers. Works amazingly well/fast, but you sometimes end up with wires stuck in your forehead.

I bought a cloth buffing wheel with a 1/4" shank on it from Sears. It came with some jewelers rouge and works great. Chucks right up in a standard die grinder, you should try it.

why would I need a set of ITB's when i can use an intake manifold to make more power than ITB's?

itr pistons? why?

because the JDM ITR rods and pistons were just laying around the shop. This is my "stock" motor to drive around on in a daily driver to get good gas mileage.

Be careful, as a tuner once told me, gas mileage is the trade off of having a fast honda. :rotfl:
