i'll be back when i have some time to watch this. . .have you tried @ running a half marathon yet?! 13.1 miles was more of a strain on my mind's ability to finish rather than on my physical abilities.

Yeah I did one in December in upper 7 min pace. I was shooting for a lower 7's but was having some issues with tendinitis in my foot. I had to take a month off after that race and I am just starting to hit it hard again.
