Was out riding today with my boys Jeff and Chapa west of Katy. Whatever combonations of FM's we take to get to Fayetteville is badass. Jeff always leads us out there and I'm gonna get him to write down the route for me. Tons of twisty sections and little traffic. Mostly bikes too. Jeff is a better, or crazier depending on how you want to see it, rider than Chapa and I. He actually is good, but the point is he leaves Chapa and I pacing eachother through the curvier sections while he blast through them. Chapa wasn't feeling very talented today, so he waved me ahead of him and I took off. I was riding mostly in 3rd between 10k and 12k slicing left, right, and through the straights. I took a blind left and was keeping my eyes WAY ahead of me when I saw what at first looked like some leaves in the middle of the road. Keep in mind I'm in 3rd, leaned far over into the turn, and riding hard. Right before I'm about to hit these "leaves" I realized they were big ass stones. Lots of them! I kept my position and backed off the throttle without braking. My entire bike twitches violently a second, and then I'm back stable again. I immediately start engine braking and throw my hands up towards Chapa hoping he'll see them too. He does and we all esape that one. I've never tasted my own asshole before, but I unfortunately did today and it was NASTY.
