yea i have been looking around today for a 99 ecu but have not found one yet but im also thinking that the car is not grounded anuff so im going to get some ground wires and see

im up for any advise right now i have no idea what the problem is

i checked the power to the ecu and it was the same as the battery and so i checked the power to the sensors and they r like 4 volts low from what they need to be

Grounds or Ecu.Grounds are easier to check so i'd start there.Get you some of this little washers that eat into the paint to give you a good ground if you have to.
