Here is the deal, I NEED to get some new pads and rotors for the front of my rsx.

I am debating on Hawk HPS pads and some blank Brembo or Power Slot rotors. I don't have hardly any experience with brake upgrades. I just know that anything slotted or drilled isn't going to help much.

Any opinion's?

BTW - I could get a Rotora bbk for dirt but, I don't have 17" rims and I plan to run the car on slicks at the track.

=) is there a such thing as less unsprung weight for rotors?

Thats not a place I would want to save weight.

Brad, you know what the car is going to be for.

One question I have, is will a slotted rotor reduce the fad from slowing down from 140 enough to justify the added price?

This is what I'm doing with the car. Around 600whp in a straight line.

I'm more than likely just going to replace the front rotors and pads for now.
