and to answer your question yes he did.
they changed the stroke on the motor which called for them to lower the redline.
Similar to the f20c in the ap1 with a 9k redline vs the f22c motor in the ap2 with the 8k redline. Which is prolly all they did, use an ap2 crank and bigger pistons.

A 2.3 f20 with I believe they said 283hp! They also said completey flat torque curve with power at any rev, wow. Sounds sic.

Usually stock around 200-210 to the wheels, but are rated to 237 from the factory so i'd say thats to the crank. So I would hope the 283 is to the wheels.
