as yall probably know I been droppin an engine in my 300zx.

Finally got it in, everything but the exhaust hooked up, and it turns over but does not fire at all.

When i test the ignition coils by putting the plug in and grounding it out, no spark.

any clues?

Bad. Ignitor or ground

Check fuses. I found out that an LS1 with one bank of cylinders getting no spark runs almost 100% perfect at idle lol. Took me 2 hours to figure out I wasn't getting fire on the passenger side. Fuses can get blown when you least expect it, and they're the cheapest to fix.

Also check the crank position/cam position sensors if you've got them. They will rob LS motors of spark if not hooked up right.

Ground missing is also a possibility.

I checked the grounds befor hand.

Heres where I stand.
I did the ecu configuration and it gave me code 11. which is Crank angle sensor.

So, my sensor could be bad, or timing could be off, I dont know.
Would this cause my car not to fire?

sounds like a bad cas. swap it with your old one. the CAS tells the ecu where in time the motor is. it tells the injectors to when to fire and tells the ecu when to send the 5v signal to the module which then converts that 5v signal to 12v pulses to your coils...

It's dumb but, I've learned my lesson, the last few things I check before cranking the car are the grounds.
