Just an update.......just got back from the Texas mile. Improved on our last outing.........

sadly, top speed was achieved by another turbo busa at 254.0

We tried to make another pass but the tire came apart.......didn't crash but had a pretty exciting spin around 220 mph:thumbsup:

Maybe next year

The tire partly delaminated causing the bike to spin.......I guess spin out may imply turning around which it did not.....only turned the bike a little sideways. It did make me pucker a little bit, though.

Probably high 190's if I took the splitter and the wing off. I doubt it would hit 200 in the mile........

Just a fishtail and a little wobble.......it doesn't take much to get your attention at that speed, though......or at least doesn't take much to get MY attention :-)
