hey guys. I know I can pretty much call anyone one of yall that has some knowledge of this subject but I want to put this out there for other members for future reference.

What all do I need to replace the original differential with the OBX LSD?

I talked to Huy and he said basically just the LS/Si roller bearing from Honda. Is there anything else that I need to be aware of? Keep in mind that this is the new version.

Thanks
J.P.

If you want to get baller, you can get a pair of pliers for the clip ring. LOL

Purple gloves and red mountain dew help a lot.

back on topic.... Im not for sure on this b/c i only know what i read and hear. but im sure if you take it all apart and clean everything, make sure the chamfered sides of the washers are facing the right way and make sure nothing is cross threaded and then retorque everything you should be fine. In my experience me and matt did one and it seems to work...

i understand that but Ive read all through those stickies and write ups on honda-tech. I was asking specifically to my application. Plus this is the new version on the Obx Lsd. I dont think they have any problems with the new ones like they did with the old ones. thanks though. OH and you gave me a web address with no working pics :nutkick: lol
