Ultimate Vortex VX2750

I have an Ultimate Vortex VX2750 for sale. It's rated at 750x2 w rms. It is broken though. It will power on but it smells like it's burning. Two resistors are bad and some other things probably need repair too. A member from caraudio.com said he could fix it for around $90. I'm asking for like $30 + shipping, but feel free to make me an offer.
