all g sedans from 04-06 supposedly suck. they're made to be super quite, thus lacking actual braking power. they don't last for shit. my rotors are warped (as are many other g owners). i don't want to go balls out big brake kit. so far i'm thinking of just getting slotted replacements and project mu pads. any other suggestions?

That sounds like a good way to get things stopping a lot better. Make sure not to get too aggressive of a pad or else, dust, sound, life of the pads and wear on the rotors could own you.

Before I stick my next turbo set up on, I plan to do something about the brakes. I know my butt puckered up when I slammed on the brakes around 160 and the car didn't want to slow down. RSX's have badass brakes when compared to their old siblings but, they were never designed to be pushed that hard from the factory.

I have a plan to test out different pads but, I'm not too sure how easy its going to be to pick up pads in good shape that are used. I don't mind being a test bunny to figure out what combo I like.

i've heard the mu's i want to use have great life, little dust, and are all around badass.

Project Mu is baller dude. I would love to have a Project Mu BBK but damn they are expensive.

For those that don't know what "mu" is, its the coefficient of friction. It looks like a "u" with a cat tail and says MEUUUU HAHAHAHAHA

but you don't have to replace them as often. so in the long run its about the same as continueing to buy cheap pads.

i went ahead and ordered my crossdrilleds for the rear along with some project mu pads. they need to hurry up and get here, my brakes sound awful
