ALRIGHTY! Slowly but surely i'm going to keep this thread updated 'cause I have a few parts coming in. so i'm gonna keep them in order as they come in!

I know it's just a log manifold...but it'll get the job done for now. Maybe I'll learn how to fab up a sidewinder manifold or something laters! ;) Who knows?!?! But this shall have to do for now!

I will speak on Mark's behalf, his dad is a welder. He could make all the flanges and more than likely use some really bad ass tools to build a sidewinder manifold. Considering this is Mark's first turbo build, I think he is going about things the proper way. He's not looking for crazy numbers. Just something in the area of 350whp (I would guess and say + or - 25whp). The log manifold is good for around 400whp on pump with the right turbo/tune (safely). It's more than adequate for his power goals.

Yes, a sidewinder would lower back pressure but, according to the person that will play with his computer brain, the log manifold should do "just fine" for his goals. IMO there is no reason for him to go balls to the wall when his butthold hasn't puckered up with 400whp yet.

As of right now, I think he is going to keep things simple I.E. no return fuel system, 750cc injectors, 38mm w/g etc.

Even bad asses mess up sometimes. I like putting headgaskets on upside down LOL But, I can now have the motor out of my rsx in 45 min. I can throw it back in within about 1hr to 1.5hr's.

I have no traction problems in 1st gear with out lube but when you hit 2nd and the shift to third its rough LOL :( But, what do I have to complain about, :thumbsup: We will see if things go through with getting some strapons and ky. If all goes well I should see mark and you both reeming my ass!!!

:offtopic: hey guys! the bashing is supposed to go into the "talk shit to matt thread." ;) but i haven't had a chance to take some pics of the RBC intake and the SC6153e yet to put up here....but a lil' busy trying to finish an online defensive drive course that's due one june 8th! :( i'll get it done though. thanks to matt and skoodles again for finding the turbo for me on H-I! and now i'm looking for a BOV, wastegate, intercooler, some gauges, etc. just the lil' things now...but more to come!
