it may help to post the vehicle and specs of the vehicle as well as the standalone that would be used to tune it.

well i want to buy a chip for the Z and i want to get it tuned....plus i just don't think i'm getting everyone ounce of power that i can from it. so...i dont know exactly what i'm supposed to post back but i have a 93 Z N/A and i am under the impression that there's a Rebuilt motor and tranny or just motor but all there is as far as mods Headers, Intake and Straight pipes.

and yeah i Knew about SGP but i didnt know that they did tuning.....

well i mean you could have it tuned, just think it'd be a waste to tune the car with just bolt-ons. not much to gain from that

Good luck getting in touch with mark at SGP. He has too much work than he can handle. My friends 350z has been there for 2-3 months. Hopefully it will be done soon!

Just a Guess.

I was wondering what he had done that NEEDED to be tuned. IMO He doesn't have anything that really needs to be tuned. A "chip" is dumb for a car with exhaust and intake. If he buys a standalone, I can get his fuel dead flat at whatever he wants me to set it on.

Stock cars don't need tunes.

Don't spend the money, or gas, to get a 98 300 n/a tuned unless you've done some crazy bolt ons.
You'll be pissed at the time, money, and miles spent for that, unless you're foaming at the mouth for the possibility of 10-20 more rwhp.

That's what I'd suggest too. Some cars respond very well to tuning, but most (that I've seen) cars are pretty close to spot on from the factory. I have lots of people bring stock/bolt-on cars to me for tuning and the first thing I tell them is to not expect a ton of horsepower or even a perceptible difference.

+1 on not wasting any effort what so ever on tuning it with those little mods. slap a nice shot on it and youll notice a nice difference.
