About how long would it take you guys to tint a rsx?

i drive a protege5, lots of glass. and i have cool chrome tint on it as it sits now. im looking to get rid of that and do some dark (but still legal) black tint.

would yall give the same deals if there is tint already on it?

either way, i doubt anybody could beat this price.

Whenever you post up a new thread just post that you want it stuck. If I don't see it soon I am sure another mod will see and do it for you. Sorry the settings wouldn't allow you to do that. I'm sure in the future vbulletin will change that. There were quite a few people complaining about it at vbulletin.com.

Is the tint you use dye based or metallic/hybrid? I've got an 06 Mustang GT that needs tint all around but don't want to put anything on it that is going to turn purple. Does the 5 yr warranty cover fading?

i looked up solar gard. they have hybrid and dyed available. they look good.

That price is a dye based and the warranty does cover fading. That is the Supreme line. If you want a metallic, they also offer the HP Supreme which is another $50.00 regardless of application. If you are going to get the HP Supreme, please PM Stereo-EFX to verify they have the exact percentage you are looking for. They always have it in stock but sometimes the HP takes time to Re-UP on. :D

yeah, if i get my shit retinted, ill def want the top line stuff. cool chrome isnt cheap, and im not about to degrade. $50 is well worth upgrading to the metallic tint.

does anybody know what the legal limits are in TX? i want it as dark as legal on the front. i guess there is no legal limit on the back though, right?

no limit on the back and i never really cared to know the fronts so im no help :(

20% for inspection
35% for Cops if they stop you

If your glass is slightly tinted it will lower the percentage so be careful.

id pay the $25 for removal. i dont understand how a cop could say 35% is illegal whenever state inspection says it only has to be 20%. kind of an inconsistancy in the system, right?
