you would buy a car for 500 with no title? we got a dodge neon up here at work. at some one left before the huricane runs fine just dont have a title to it.

youll have to re-read my post above yours i made same time you did he doesnt want to let it go that cheap after all the work he did to it.

like a 99 neon with fresh a/c system and some other work but i didn't really pay attention got like 120k miles on it.
