E46 M3?

Any members here with an 02 up M3? {no SMG} I've caught myself lurkin M3 forums lately since you can now buy one in the low/mid 20's, and want to see one up close, maybe give me a ride. Thank's.:)

Nobody that I know of has one. I seen one when I was looking for my car and really liked it, but just thinking of the repair bills made me sick.

i know of a M3 for sale thats alpine white with cinnamon interiorits a vert and has SMG and nav its for sale for around 28,000 but i can have the guy go down to 25 if its what you like. The white with cinnamon is the best color combe you can get on an E46 M

I love the white, but I've done lots of reading different threads on the SMG gearbox. Seems theres as many negatives as positives on SMG. Theres even guys wanting to trade SMG cars for 6 spd. cars. Thats kinda scarey to me. I want to stick with the old manual. I hardly ever see an M around town.

thats true about the SMG but man does that SMG make a 1/4 time diff. And off the line you can use launch control and that will shoot your car off the line with minimal wheel spin and maximum power. Thats why im getting a m with SMG. i was gonna buy the one im telling you about but i drive 200 miles+ a day so its not smart to put that kind of wear on a M IMO

I love those cars. I've been looking at them alot lately too. My mother in law just got a 330i vert in white with black int. It looks f'n sick...
