Car was on some not so good BFG radials, Pretty much my first REAL time driving at the track.. but had fun. Glad my times kept improving. Should be a 12 second car at HRP :thumbsup:

simply because HRP is a better track.. the prep there is 1324520935980x better. I've seen cars from evadale go to HRP and drop nearly a second off of their times. I mean someone else from the board can correct me if i am wrong but racing at evadale is like racing on the street.. and as you can tell my 60 ft sucks balls, bad 60ft bad tires = not so good times

Ahh...that's what I thought it was, but I wasn't 100% sure. Those are some pretty good times...I'm sure the people out there pissed their pants to see a Honda run anything fast hahaha

solid runs man. I've been to both tracks as i'm sure most of u have and there is def a difference. when i went to hrp the track temps were over 100', when i went to evadale it was about 14-16 degrees cooler and i ran the same exact times. point being that on a turbo car with the stock maf, i should have been able to run faster at evadale due to the drop in temps and density. But since evadale is a kinda shitty track, i actually ran the same times!

Well, my tires are getting worn out, so I'll probably get those first.....plus if I went ahead and got a turbo kit I would have even less traction. So probably in December I'm going to get the wheels I wanted from the beginning and then some good rubber on them:thumbsup:

I'm not driving that shit till he gets better suspension. His blown ass suspension wouldn't keep the tires on the ground. I kept bouncing all over and shit, fuck i spun most the way down the track and half way into 4th.. managed to trap at like 98-100mph roughly and run a mid 14.. not to mention vtec solenoid was not hooked up, and the oil line to the turbo was loose and oil was being lost.. Im surprised no oil got on to the track.

The problem at the end of the night though with the car was low oil and the map sensor popped off..oh and the throttle body sticking open at half throttle..

track prep wasnt too bad last night though at all. not to mention short short lines. That might have helped with the track condition though, not all these big race cars with 365098 inche slicks and street tire cars doing what they could lol. The track conditions were tons better then any of the past days i have been there, to me it was the same as HRP on a bad day.. Which i've not had.. but I've had days at hrp that were better then others..
Good conditions at evadale = worn out track at HRP with little maintenance

But i prefer hrp still... the vht smells good, i dont ever smell that at evadale.

yeah it was fun not having hardly any wait time between passes. each pass was within 10 minutes or so of each other, maybe a little longer towards the end of the night

It was more than likely just a bad run...I remember seeing it run high 13's/low 14's, which I think was off spray.
