My friends say I was crazy for paying that much for a helmet, but you get what you pay for. My wife gave it to her friend to hold till christmas so I couldn't get to it. My friend (her boyfriend at the time) wanted to see it, but when she put it back in the bag she broke the top vent. I looked everywhere for a replacement and could find one. I called Arai America's corporate office to find a parts vendor and talked to one of the higher-ups and she sent me one right out plus a spare for free. She also said if I ever needed anything to give her a call. A few days ago one of my side-pods clips broke and became loose. I called her up and sent out replacement for both sides today for free. If you're ever looking for a helmet I say go with ARAI!!!
