Damn . . . .

We got a chance to tune the cobalt today with our new HP tuners software. We picked up 100 ftlbs of torque over stock and 35whp. We were running roughly 23psi of boost on the stock turbo. 93 octane fuel. The gains you see below are very common for turbos being pushed to its limits, the torque gains in the midrange are massive, yet horsepower doesnt go up nearly as much. The car is a LOT more fun on the street.

Modifications to the car:
HP Tuners software tuned on our dyno
Synapse Motorsport 3" catless downpipe
Synapse Motorsport 2.5" aluminum charge piping
Manual Boost Controller at ~23psi

final results:
360 wtq/275 whp
stock:
260 wtq/240whp

NO time soon. Just got my own place, so money is going elsewhere. I'll probably just buy a canned tune that brings it up to 250/290 at the wheels, and leave it.

I'd like to have all the other stuff, but it becomes a money pit at that point.
