Sea Rim Striders runs every monday.

I make all of them except for the ones in Orange. This is another opportunity to race me if you would like :D. There is a huge variety of runners, from 5 min pace Lamar/ Highschool cross country guys up to walkers. There is usually around 150 people out there so there is always someone for you to run with. You can see the results from the past runs this year on the left so you can judge where you would fall among the other people out there.

I am going to use the next Tyrrell park 2 miler to try to run a high 4 minute mile. Last time out there my first mile was a 5:48 and that was with no strong finish, just a consistent pace with another mile afterward. Hopefully I can crack into the 4's.
